I thought I would post a couple pictures from my trip to Mississippi in January. These photos are of "Po' Monkey's" jukejoint just outside of Merigold, Mississippi. William "Po' Monkey" Seabury is the owner of this joint, and has been hosting live blues music here every friday and saturday since the early 60's. During the day he drives a tractor, and at night he brings guests into his house to hear live music from some of the best players in the delta. Fun Fact: Mr. Seabury owns over 100 outfits, leading to numerous, outrageous costume changes throughout the evening.

Holy Shit! A blog

This blog will catalogue my adventures in the place we like to call the world, earth, and some adventures that transcend earth(although efforts to describe such events will be quite rudimentary, and infrequent). I may never update the blog. I will be no slave to the blog. I will post photos, I might post up some writing, and I will post up links to music, and maybe even some shit that I think is funny.
